Read more »     Let's assume I am a Meccan Pagan in the 7th century AD. All of a sudden Muhammed says to me to go to the ruins of the destroyed people to see the fate of the wicked (madain Saleh for instance). I go there but now I realize that there is rly nothing to see except ruins who don't say anything except the fact that people have lived there. So I realize that what Muhammed said is not something that proves itself but you have to take his word for it, cause for all I know the people that lived there lived relatively happy and were not destroyed as The Qur'an claims.
