- Tim developer kami sedang berupaya menambahkan fitur baru ke dashboard TokoTalk yang akan memungkinkan Anda untuk mengekspor semua data (di antaranya laporan penjualan, nomor order, detail produk, data customer, dsb.) ke dalam format Excel atau .csv, yang kemudian dapat diimpor ketika Anda mulai menggunakan platform baru. Fitur backup ini akan diluncurkan dalam waktu dekat sehingga Anda akan dapat melanjutkan bisnis online Anda tanpa hambatan.
Dalam beberapa hari mendatang, kami akan memberikan detail lebih lanjut tentang rencana kami dalam mendukung transisi Anda ke platform lain.

| | | | | Dear sportaddict8387, We are very sorry to inform you that the TokoTalk platform will be closing down in the coming months. We will be ceasing operations with effect from October 28, 2022. Rest assured that until this date, we will continue to support your business to ensure that your operations are not disrupted.
We will be sharing further details of the transition plan in due course. For now, you do not need to take any immediate action. But please do take note of the following important points:
- The platform will continue to operate as usual until October 28, 2022.
- You may continue to accept orders until October 28, 2022. Our server will be shut down on October 28, 2022.
- From October 28, 2022 we will no longer process orders. However, we will continue to offer the usual backend support services—such as payment settlement, shipment, data backup, refund of unused points, as well as remaining subscriptions—until November 14, 2022.
- Our developers are currently working on adding new features to the TokoTalk dashboard that will allow you to export all of your data (i.e., sales reports, order numbers, product details, and customer information) into Excel or .csv format, which can then be imported when you begin using a new platform. This data backup function will be updated in the near future so that you can continue your business without delay.
