Main reason was, I was scared no one would show up. I was scared of failing.
Over 1 year later I finally decided to take a chance and I scheduled my first Mastermind.
I got over my fear of failing and said, lets try this. You never know.
We wanted to do a small event so we only had 14 people.
The first Mastermind was such a huge success that I couldn't wait to do another one.
I am so glad that I took that chance to try it, because you just never know.
The second Mastermind had around 50 people.
The 3rd had around 100
Our biggest one was right before the shutdown and it was around 200.
In the 10 months from the first event in March of 2019 to January of 2020 I went from 14 people to a 200 person event.
But, I hated the larger events and started shooting for around 20 people per event.
I went from being scared of failing to it being the best decision I made with this business.
The people we personally work with, partnered up with, became friends with, from these events has been amazing.
