Use AI to summarize tasks on mobile

Get up to speed on the go. Just tap the AI icon at the top of a task or comment thread to get an instant summary of that task, then use that context to respond and move work forward.

Automatically transcribe Voice Clips with AI

Why type when you can talk? When you record and send a Voice Clip in ClickUp, we now use AI to transcribe each Clip to text automatically. You can then copy the transcription in one click and use it wherever you need. Typing is so last year!

See what triggers ClickBot actions

Never get confused by a ClickBot again. Each ClickBot action now shows you what triggers it, whether it's an automation, template, form submission, recurring task, or something else.

Request access to tasks with one click

Don't let permissions slow you down. When you open a task that you don't have access to, you can now request access with one click. The owner can then grant access right from their Inbox, so you can get back to work without missing a beat.

Launch instant meetings using UpMeet

Sometimes you just need to meet. With our new UpMeet integration, you can launch meetings within ClickUp in seconds. Just add an UpMeet Embed view to any List or Dashboard, and start a meeting whenever you need.
